How long does my order take?
Each piece is engraved to order. Please allow 1–3 business days for engraving, quality check and packaging, then 5–8 business days for free insured US shipping via USPS. Express shipping (3–5 business days) is available for $15.
What kind of photo should I upload?
A clear, well-lit photo where the eyes are open and in focus. A phone selfie works great. We crop and prepare the eyes for engraving, so there's no editing needed on your side.
Can I use a photo of my pet?
Yes! As long as the eyes are clear and in focus, we can engrave the eyes of your dog, cat or any pet.
What is it made of? Will it tarnish?
Every piece is made of waterproof, hypoallergenic and tarnish-free stainless steel, designed for everyday wear. Available in gold and silver.
Does it come ready to gift?
Yes. Every order arrives in our signature luxury gift box with a custom message card.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your USPS tracking number.
Can I return or exchange my piece?
Because every piece is personalized just for you, we can't accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, defective or with an engraving error on our side, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it. See our Refund Policy for details.
Do you ship outside the United States?
At the moment we only ship within the United States.
